Refund policy
Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. This period starts the day after delivery of your order. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, unopened; otherwise, no store credit can be issued. No store credit will be issued if you selected the wrong size. Only defective items may be eligible for a store credit.
Some types of goods are not eligible for return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, or flammable liquids or gases.
Other items that are not returnable:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
- Personalized / custom-made items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, you have a right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order, without having to give a reason or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, simply send us a clear statement (by email to contact.vyraring@gmail.com) before the deadline expires.
Products must be returned at your expense, in their original condition, unused, complete and in their original packaging.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), we will issue a store credit for the amount paid, excluding shipping fees.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Items
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are personalized or made to the consumer’s specifications, including:
“Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, the manufacture of which requires special adaptations to meet very precise technical and aesthetic requirements (for example, furniture or clothing made to measure).”
This notably concerns products that include customization (pet’s name, custom design, exclusive colors, etc.). Such items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited, except in the case of a proven defect.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed in the form of a store credit. You will then automatically receive a code for the corresponding amount within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your email again.
If a refund to your bank card has been approved: contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that were originally defective or damaged.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be issued to you as a credit in your customer account.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who purchased the gift had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, who will therefore know that you have returned the gift.
Shipping
To return your product, a postal address will be provided to you by email.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued at over €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
